So the last time I posted was over four months ago! Four whole months?! That is craziness. What can I say? Life has just gotten super busy. The good news is that I am ready to come back to Blogland! I have missed posting and sharing about my life, and I miss catching up on all of my ibffs' blogs. So, after Christmas be prepared folks...Always Alexandria is returning!

I am going to be honest with y'all. A big reason of why I haven't been blogging is because of this guy. More about that to come. Let's just say I am blissfully happy right now...

This isn't a happy, funny, cheerful post. But it is a raw, loving, real post. This was one of the hardest times I have ever been through and this blog and all of my ibffs support meant so much to me.

always alexandria's greatest hits {1.}...

This week something awesome happens. On August 18th, this Thursday, it will be my blog's second birthday. Sometimes it seems like I have been blogging for decades, and other times it feels like I am still a newbie to the blog world. But the point is that I have been blogging for two years. A silly little site that I named and put together all because I was on summer break from college and discovered other people's blogs. Something I thought I would maybe stick with for two weeks. Maybe. But no. I stuck to it. While I may not post as often as I use to, or as often as I would like to, I still love my blog.

To commemorate my blog birfday, I am going to post 'Always Alexandria's Greatest Hits'. This will be me linking back to *my* favorite posts. Maybe you have read them, maybe not, but I am going to start a little trip down memory lane.

30 post photo challenge {9.}...

I am continuing on with the 30 post photo challenge. Even though it is taking me forever, I am getting there! Here we go with day 9...

Post #9: A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most...This one is a no brainer. My mama has always been my 'person'. No one has been there for me like her. If I can grow up to be half the woman she is I will be one blessed gal. She is amazing, end of story.
